      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide exceptional customer service and problem-solving support to customers, ensuring compliance with regulations
      - Handle escalated customer complaints and complex situations, utilizing de-escalation techniques
      - Investigate customer concerns and contribute to process improvements based on trending issues
      - Assist and guide other customer service associates in resolving customer inquiries and issues
      - Maintain a strong attention to detail while managing multiple customer interactions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
      - At least 3 years of customer service or call center experience
      - At least 1 year of experience using Google Suite or Microsoft Office
      - Fluent in both Spanish and English
      - Consistent attendance and dependability in a work environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - At least 4 years of customer service or call center experience
      - At least 1 year of experience working in the financial industry
