- Handle routine customer service inquiries and issues via telephone, digital, or chat channels
- Demonstrate empathy while assisting customers with reward redemptions, account updates, and card activations
- Navigate computerized systems to respond to customer inquiries and troubleshoot issues
- Maintain a reliable and distraction-free home office environment
- Exercise good judgment and independent decision-making in customer interactions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
- At least 1 year of customer service or call center experience
- Ability to demonstrate strong attention to detail and a positive attitude
- Effective communication skills with peers, management, and customers
- Dependability with a solid attendance record
