What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Maintain positive customer relations by addressing product-related concerns, including taking orders and answering questions
- Verify customer information and track packages efficiently
- Navigate multiple systems and enter information while communicating with customers
- Work from home, ensuring your computer meets the technical requirements
- Participate in mandatory training sessions to prepare for your role
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be at least 18 years old and reside in specified states (Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, North Carolina, or Wisconsin)
- High level of computer knowledge and ability to navigate multiple systems
- Availability for mandatory training sessions, including shifts on weekdays and weekends
- Must have a wired internet connection with specified download and upload speeds
- Access to a PC or laptop that meets the minimum technical requirements
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in customer service or related fields
- Familiarity with using function keys on a keyboard
- Recommended equipment includes a wired USB headset, webcam, and dual monitors
- Comfortable working in a remote environment with self-motivation
- Previous experience in a seasonal or flexible job role
