What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be 18 years or older and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
- Basic computer skills and effective communication abilities
- Life & Health Insurance License (or willingness to obtain with guidance)
- Self-directed and coachable with a strong desire for accountability and growth
