What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Set appointments with potential clients to discuss mortgage protection coverage
- Conduct research to customize coverage options based on client needs
- Meet with families virtually or in-person to present coverage options and assist with applications
- Follow up with insurance carriers to facilitate client applications through underwriting
- Maintain a self-disciplined work ethic to achieve personal and team goals
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be independent, motivated, and career-minded
- Coachable with a growth mindset and a willingness to learn
- Availability to work flexible hours ranging from 4 to 50 hours per week
- Strong self-discipline and ability to manage time effectively
- No specific prior experience required; skill set is not the primary focus
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus
- Familiarity with insurance products or mortgage protection is beneficial
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
