What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Set appointments by reaching out to potential clients to schedule educational sessions
- Research and customize insurance solutions in partnership with your mentor
- Meet with families via Zoom or phone to present options, answer questions, and assist with applications
- Follow up with carriers to ensure smooth application processing
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Licensed in Life & Health Insurance (or willingness to obtain with training provided)
- Strong listening and communication skills
- A servant's heart and genuine love for helping others
- Coachable and collaborative team player
- Entrepreneurial spirit
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in sales or customer service
- Familiarity with insurance products and services
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
