What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Schedule appointments with potential clients who have expressed interest in mortgage protection coverage
- Conduct research to tailor insurance options to meet clients' financial needs in case of death or disability
- Meet with families virtually or in-person to discuss coverage options and assist with applications
- Follow up with insurance carriers to facilitate the underwriting process for client applications
- Maintain a commitment to continual personal growth and development within the role
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must possess a growth mindset and be coachable
- Self-discipline and motivation to work independently
- Availability to commit to varying hours based on role (4-50 hours per week)
- Strong communication skills to engage effectively with clients
- Ability to follow and implement training and sales systems

- Previous experience in sales or customer service
- Familiarity with the insurance industry
- Proven track record of meeting personal goals and targets
