- Provide information to customers regarding warranty claim orders, order status, and product knowledge requests
- Process customer orders, changes, and returns
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Previous customer service experience
- Basic computer skills
- Problem-solving and analysis skills
- Ability to work on a team
- Proficient in verbal and written communication
