What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to customer needs and resolving issues
- Advocate for customers by problem-solving and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
- Investigate customer concerns and implement process improvements based on trending issues
- Support and mentor fellow customer service advocates in resolving customer complaints
- Utilize effective communication and de-escalation techniques to enhance customer relationships
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
- At least 3 years of Customer Service or Call Center experience
- Minimum of 1 year of experience using Google Suite or Microsoft Office
- Ability to demonstrate strong attention to detail and effective time management skills
- Proven track record of dependability with a solid attendance record
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- At least 4 years of Customer Service or Call Center experience
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in the Financial Industry
- At least 2 years of experience in handling escalations
