What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide customer service support for beneficiaries of the Social Security Administration's Ticket to Work Program via phone, email, and chat
- Handle inbound and outbound calls while effectively managing conversations
- Build rapport with customers and redirect conversations as necessary
- Review correspondence and complete necessary forms and conference calls
- Educate customers about the Ticket-to-Work program and encourage ongoing participation
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
- One (1) to two (2) years of customer service experience
- Ability to learn, retain, and apply information effectively
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
