      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the primary point of contact for employed beneficiaries in the Return to Work program
      - Handle inbound and outbound calls effectively while managing conversations
      - Build rapport with beneficiaries and redirect conversations as needed
      - Review correspondence and complete necessary forms
      - Educate beneficiaries about the Social Security Administration Ticket-to-Work program and encourage ongoing participation

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
      - One (1) to two (2) years of customer service experience
      - Ability to learn, retain, and apply information effectively
      - Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
      - Excellent written and verbal communication and customer relations skills
