What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the build and configuration of the Workday Financial System while providing subject matter expertise
- Lead projects and process improvements to enhance quality and efficiency
- Conduct training and develop user procedures, guidelines, and documentation for new system users
- Provide production support for Workday and other finance systems, resolving issues and recommending solutions
- Follow system governance and change control policies and procedures to ensure data integrity
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate's Degree in a relevant field
- Experience in finance and project management
- Ability to apply change management principles to facilitate process improvements
- Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with various customers and peers
- Understanding of qualitative and quantitative measurement and data collection design principles
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Relevant certifications in finance or project management
- Experience with Workday Financial System or similar systems
- Familiarity with data analysis and reporting techniques
- Proven ability to develop innovative solutions for business needs
- Strong training and documentation skills
