What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Participate in the execution and implementation of recommendations derived from Workday Tenant Analysis
- Troubleshoot and resolve Workday business process escalations, data corrections, and Workday ticketing service requests
- Build effective communications and training for end users
- Design, create, and maintain custom reporting and dashboards
- Serve as a liaison between People Operations and external system partners for HRIS activities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years designing HRMS data architecture
- 3+ years of experience supporting Workday HCM application and integrations
- Ability to create, deploy, and maintain Workday custom reports and dashboards
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Systems or equivalent
- Strong ethical standards regarding the handling of confidential information
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Completed Workday education or certification
- Global experience in HRMS data architecture
