What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Participate in design workshops to configure Workday SCM for optimal supply chain workflows
- Assist with configuration workbooks for SCM modules, including Inventory, Procurement, Supplier Management, and Item Master
- Support SCM-related data mapping, validation, and transaction catch-up work
- Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, and SCM-specific test cases for effective testing
- Provide post-go-live hyper-care support to ensure smooth operations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience supporting at least two Workday SCM implementations as an SCM analyst
- At least one healthcare provider supply chain implementation strongly preferred
- Ability to support 2-4 SCM modules effectively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Two confirmed professional references required
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Workday certification is a plus
- Excellent consulting skills, including RAID log tracking and knowledge transfer
- Ability to travel up to 40% onsite and work within Eastern Standard Time (EST)
