      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Oversee and support HR databases, systems, and Workday modules for managing core HR functions
      - Provide technical expertise and analytical support for Workday business processes and system requirements
      - Act as a resource within Workday, partnering with HR stakeholders to resolve system issues
      - Maintain data accuracy through audits, quality dashboards, and collaboration with HRIS SMEs
      - Assist with configuration updates and support the development of job aids and knowledge articles

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field preferred
      - Typically requires 1-3 years of related work experience
      - Hands-on experience supporting or administering Workday is required
      - Experience supporting multiple HR functional areas and executing operational transactions preferred
      - Exposure to HR Shared Services or centralized support models is a plus
