What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the Workday/Anaplan Budget and Planning Analyst, completing functional and technical activities related to budgeting and planning processes
- Coordinate and participate in system design workshops and assess change impacts for budgeting and planning configurations
- Provide support to campuses on budget planning software, reporting, and troubleshooting
- Conduct pre-implementation quality assurance testing for enhancements and programs
- Maintain foundational data models for financial transactions and develop analytical tools for campuses
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Educational equivalent of a Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution of higher education
- At least one year of experience working in finance
- Ability to work collaboratively and travel to various UA campuses as needed
- Solid experience with Excel and strong analytical skills
- Strong presentation, oral, and written communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working with Workday Finance
- Licensed as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or possess a Master's degree from an accredited institution
- Significant experience in assessing, revising, implementing, and supporting finance business processes
- Experience with change management related to finance ERP systems or large enterprise system deployments
