      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Submit authorization requests timely within EMR, adhering to payer and state-specific guidelines
      - Collaborate with front desk teammates and Workers Compensation Centralized Scheduling to ensure accurate documentation for authorization submission
      - Address and respond to authorization or verification related queries from teammates and WC Payers
      - Ensure timely and accurate resolution of authorization and verification related denials
      - Assist with training and education for new and existing Authorization & Verification teammates

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2 years of experience with Workers Compensation insurance in the therapy arena
      - 2-3 years of previous experience in pre-authorization verification and patient services
      - Customer service experience with effective written and verbal communication skills
      - Ability to multi-task and prioritize needs to meet required timelines
      - Open availability Monday through Friday from 8am-5pm EST

      - Solution-oriented mindset and ability to use critical thinking and analytical skills
      - Proficient in Microsoft applications
      - Experience with obtaining authorizations and referral coordination
