      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Review claim notices, lawsuits, contracts, and policies to verify coverage and compensability
      - Initiate timely contact with customers to thoroughly explain the claim process
      - Evaluate reassigned files to identify any missing investigative information
      - Document claims activities and maintain timely, adequate reserves in accordance with company philosophy
      - Collaborate with defense counsel on litigation strategy to manage expenses and achieve favorable outcomes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
      - Minimum of eight years of workers' compensation claims adjusting experience or related experience
      - Attainment of all applicable state licenses within six months of hire
      - Superior knowledge of claims practices for resolving serious and complex liability claims
      - Exceptional organizational and communication skills

      - Advanced knowledge of the claim function and insurance contracts
      - Excellent customer service skills and superior investigative abilities
