      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct investigations of claims, including interviewing insureds, witnesses, and claimants
      - Determine the need for and engage independent adjusters and experts as necessary
      - Assess policy coverage, establish reserve requirements, and adjust reserves during claim processing
      - Negotiate settlements within assigned authority limits and coordinate litigation activities
      - Mentor and train new team members while participating in Quality Review processes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - BS/BA degree or equivalent work experience
      - Minimum of 2 years of experience in claims adjustment, general insurance, or formal claims training
      - Required to obtain and maintain all applicable licenses
      - Knowledge of claims investigation techniques, medical terminology, and legal aspects of claims
      - Continuing education courses leading to industry certifications preferred (e.g., AEI, IIA, CPCU)

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in the Washington jurisdiction
      - Additional certifications in claims adjustment or insurance-related fields
