      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct thorough assessments of accommodation requests, including reviewing medical documentation and engaging in an interactive process
      - Serve as the primary point of contact for employees with disabilities, providing guidance and support for reasonable accommodations
      - Manage a caseload of open accommodation requests and facilitate the interactive process with employers
      - Engage with medical vendors to clarify and validate accommodation requests
      - Stay updated on State and Federal laws regarding the ADA and related legislation

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - BS/BA in Human Resource Management, Vocational Rehabilitation, or equivalent work experience
      - Experience in RTW Services, Labor Relations, Absence Management, Disability Claim Management, or Project Management
      - Familiarity with ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) and FMLA (Family and Medical Leave Act)
      - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
      - Excellent oral and written communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working independently in a similar role
      - Proven sound facilitation skills and organizational abilities
      - Previous experience managing complex cases in a disability services context
      - Knowledge of HIPAA rules and regulations regarding personal health information
