What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Work closely with the CRS Consultant to identify curriculum and workforce development needs
- Facilitate pre-assessment meetings with stakeholders and subject matter experts
- Create, convene, and facilitate workgroups and meetings with stakeholders
- Stay abreast of health and human services initiatives and issues
- Participate in workforce development evaluation and research

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field
- Three years of previous experience in Health & Human Services
- One year of experience leading or coordinating programs in the field
- Ability to travel within California
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Prior experience with adult learning theory and instructional design
- Project Management Certificate
- Fluency in using standard office packages
- Experience working in health and human services programs
- Progressively responsible experience in managing projects
