      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop, revise, and adapt curricula for Child Welfare Services partners, ensuring alignment with best practices and instructional creativity
      - Conduct needs assessments and engage with partners to determine curriculum development needs
      - Manage projects related to curriculum development, including planning, piloting, and evaluating various training modalities
      - Facilitate workforce development deliveries and participate in meetings to support program goals
      - Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance instructional design skills and capacity within the organization

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Equivalent to a bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience on a year-for-year basis
      - Minimum of three (3) years of experience related to workforce development or similar programs
      - At least one (1) year of experience leading or coordinating a program and/or supervising employees
      - Knowledge of California's Child Welfare Common Core and related practices
      - Strong written and oral communication skills, including proficiency in English grammar and punctuation

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Two (2) years of progressively responsible experience in planning and developing workforce development curricula
      - Experience working in child welfare services, health services, or social services for a public agency
      - Master's degree in Social Work or a related field
