What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage position control and support workforce planning processes across the organization
- Maintain data accuracy in organizational charts, job requisitions, and position tracking
- Generate and distribute standard and ad hoc HR reports and dashboards
- Identify and resolve data inconsistencies or gaps across HR systems
- Collaborate with IT and HR partners on system improvements and reporting enhancements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Three (3) years of experience in HRIS, HR Operations, or workforce analytics
- Strong proficiency with Workday or other enterprise HRIS platforms
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with a commitment to data integrity
- Proficient in Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, and dashboards
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced remote work environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in project management related to HR functions
- Familiarity with MS365 and reporting tools
- Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues
- Comfortable working in ambiguous situations
- Ability to travel up to 15%
