      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Create and analyze data reports on call/web chat patterns and agent performance
      - Develop optimal staffing schedules based on volume forecasts and productivity targets
      - Monitor real-time agent performance and adherence to schedules
      - Conduct training sessions for supervisors on workforce management tools and processes
      - Identify service level risks and recommend improvements to management

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be a U.S. citizen; dual citizenship is not acceptable
      - Active Public Trust clearance or ability to successfully pass the clearance process
      - High School Diploma or equivalent
      - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Workforce Management role in a contact center
      - Proficient in call center staffing tools and staffing models

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study and 3+ years of relevant professional experience
      - Strong data analysis and presentation skills
      - Excellent written and oral communication abilities
      - Capacity to work independently in a fast-paced environment
      - Proven track record of meeting goals and deadlines
