      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead and manage a team of schedulers covering planned and on-demand services
      - Collaborate with the Director and System Administrator on workforce management decisions
      - Plan and execute workforce management improvement goals
      - Analyze reports and make staffing recommendations
      - Establish and maintain hiring parameters for interpreter staffing

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 5-7 years of applicable work experience
      - Advanced knowledge of Automatic Call Distribution (ACD) and call center management-related calculations
      - Experience in project leadership and cross-functional team management
      - Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
      - Strong technology abilities with various software programs and video conferencing platforms

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Fluent in American Sign Language
