      We have an exciting opportunity to join our Workforce Partnering & Advisory Team as one of our Workforce Partners. The role will be based at Trust Headquarters in Southall.

      We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who is has experience of working in an HR role to be the first point of contact supporting this the services with employee relations, change management and other workforce and OD related work streams.

      The post holder will also be expected to take part in the teams agile working rota system which combines working from home and working at a designated work place.

      Main duties of the job

      You will be a key member of the Workforce Partnering & Advisory team supporting a designated service managing employee relations, workforce planning and other HR related matters.

      You will be a key member of the services senior management team and give high level HR advice on a regular basis to this group and others as needed.

      We are looking for an exceptional HR professional to hit the ground running, forging partnerships with management teams to develop and implement elements of the workforce strategy.

      The successful applicant will have an opportunity to work in an area of special interest on a Trustwide basis. Applicants are asked to indicate on their supporting information what area(s) would be of interest to them and how they feel they could add value.
