      What this opportunity involves:

      As the Workplace Manager, you’ll be providing exceptional workplace service delivery to our valued client, an Australian commercial law firm. Provide a positive environment for your on-site team and promote a strong workplace culture for our client. At a Perth CBD location, you’ll manage all 2 levels of the corporate office – around 4,800 sqm with around 110 employees. Oversee vendor management for services within the office, particularly relating to catering and entertainment events.

      An Overview of the role:

      · Proactively engage your team to develop and sustain a high-quality, professional workplace experience

      · Manage third party services to ensure the delivery is within budget

      · Ensure contracts are continually assessed for best value

      · Coordinate the procurement of external services

      · Manage and maintain the site and client assets to a high standard, ensuring a safe and compliant workplace

      · Provide maintenance services for facility fire protection and personal protective equipment

      · Ensure all critical environment requirements are met

      · Manage the provision of safety programs

      · Oversee space allocation as per occupancy plans

      · Management of catering contractor and stakeholder management with client/JLL staff

      · Proven experience in leading a team effectively, providing training and promoting open and collaborative relationships

      · Experienced in facilities, property management, hospitality or related

      · Vendor management experience for specialised services

      · Manage conflict and balance between client/JLL requirements

      · Ability to prioritise competing priorities and meet tight deadlines

      · Adaptable to changing situations

      · Competent user of Microsoft Office
