      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead, develop, and manage field sales professionals in the assigned region/territory
      - Implement optimal territory coverage models and execute field sales strategies
      - Analyze sales analytics to identify efficiencies and improve sales effectiveness
      - Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to the sales team
      - Maintain a strong executive presence and represent the company professionally in the market

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Proven track record of building and leading high-performing sales teams in remote settings
      - Minimum of 3 years of relevant sales leadership experience
      - At least 5 years of experience in worksite/voluntary benefits
      - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including strong negotiation abilities
      - Ability to travel regularly as required for the position

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 10+ years of sales leadership experience leading wholesalers
      - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
