What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead, develop, and manage a high-performing field sales team across multiple locations
- Implement effective territory coverage models and execute field sales strategies to drive revenue
- Analyze sales analytics to identify efficiencies and enhance overall sales effectiveness
- Provide training and guidance to the sales team in alignment with company policies
- Foster strong executive presence and build influential relationships in the market
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant sales leadership experience
- At least 5 years of worksite/voluntary benefits experience
- Proven ability to build and lead a remote sales team successfully
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with strong negotiation capabilities
- Ability to travel regularly as required by the position
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 10+ years of sales leadership experience leading wholesalers
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
