      Summary

      Join Apple Retail’s Online team as a member of the Digital Experience & Customer Journey org, focused on our future e-commerce app strategy. You will work to elevate and innovate our core digital platforms, aiming to create the most personal and seamless shopping journeys for our customers. As part of the Future of Digital Strategy team, you will lead both short and long term projects that set the bar, surprise and delight, and drive growth at unprecedented WW scale. At Apple, inclusion is a shared responsibility, and we work together to foster a culture where everyone belongs and is inspired to do their best work As worldwide consumers increasingly shift towards mobile platforms, the WW Mobile Experience Strategy Manager, will lead one of Apple Retail’s most significant growth initiatives, overseeing end-to-end planning, management, and delivery of the largest retail apps in the world! From assessing global industry trends to analyzing quantitative data, and behavioral consumer insights, you will identify, explore, and pursue new business opportunities and customer-centric focus areas. In addition to ideating the vision and 3-5 year priorities for commerce on Apple’s digital platforms, you will also play an integral role throughout the full development & execution cycle of new programs, features, and pages, such as reviewing designs and measuring post-launch success.

      Key Qualifications

      • 7+ years of experience in a strategy or customer experience function, developing and managing impactful business plans that address clear long-term objectives.
      • Ability to simultaneously both operate strategically and tactically, sweating the details, while not losing site of the big picture deliver
      • Strong track record of problem solving midst ambiguity and having a bias towards action and results, while maintaining attention to detail and resourcefulness
      • Experienced at proactively driving innovation, challenging the status quo, and developing original ideas and creative solutions.
      • Excellent analytical skills and a curiosity to uncover root causes in order to make data-driven decisions and develop multi-year strategies.
      • Exceptional communication, storytelling, and presentation skills, as well as effectively collaborating with cross functional teams, leading through influence, and flexibly adapting to feedback.
      • Demonstrates Apple’s values of inclusion and diversity in all activities.

      Description

      - Responsible for developing the Apple Store App’s multi-year roadmap. - Prepare strategic briefs for new and innovative mobile app experiences to drive roadmap planning. - Responsible for providing feedback on new solutions and designs in large cross-functional forums with a deep focus on customer experience and business priorities - Build an end-to-end, positioning and activation strategy, as well as a comprehensive measurement and evaluation plan. - Identify data-driven insights and synthesize conclusions into actionable recommendations, to influence Apple’s long-term digital commerce strategies and initiatives from conception and ideation through prototyping and testing. - Develop strong cross-functional relationships and expertly communicate regular updates to senior leadership. - Provide original views on market & competitor trends and analyze consumer behavior and internal performance.

      Education & Experience

      BA or BS preferred

      • - Experience in (and passion for) retail, e-commerce, and/or mobile apps preferred

      Pay & Benefits

      • At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $141,100 and $263,800, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

        Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs.
