      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Utilize the Wendy's Wonderful Kids Child-Focused Recruitment Model to obtain permanency for waiting children
      - Coordinate authorizations for using photos of Wendy's Wonderful Kids children in recruitment
      - Partner with counties to identify children for the program
      - Conduct visits with referred children and manage caseload effectively
      - Host recruitment events in the service area

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Human Services, or related field
      - Prior adoption social work experience or a Master's degree in a relevant field
      - Strong interpersonal and public speaking skills
      - Ability to maintain positive community relationships
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in adoption services or child welfare
      - Familiarity with state and community resources
      - Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
      - Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to change
      - Subscription to and integration of the agency's Statement of Faith and Mission Statement
