What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Engage in outbound/inbound calls to discuss important topics and raise funds for various organizations
- Utilize sales techniques to promote memberships, products, or services
- Maintain exceptional conversational skills while multitasking during calls
- Complete identity verification and background checks as part of the onboarding process
- Operate within a virtual blended call center environment
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Computer skills including the ability to copy and paste and troubleshoot basic issues
- A dedicated home office free from noise and distractions
- Willingness to learn and take ownership of personal success
- Valid photo ID required for identity verification on the first day of training
- Ability to pass a background check prior to training
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a call center or sales environment
- Familiarity with using technology and troubleshooting software issues
- Ability to work night shifts and weekends as required
