      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Computer skills including the ability to copy and paste and troubleshoot basic issues
      - A dedicated home office free from noise and distractions
      - Willingness to learn and take ownership of personal success
      - Valid photo ID required for identity verification on the first day of training
      - Ability to pass a background check prior to training

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a call center or sales environment
      - Familiarity with using technology and troubleshooting software issues
      - Ability to work night shifts and weekends as required
