What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Activate, configure, analyze, and maintain the organization's CRM platform, including the creation of workflows, triggers, and automations
- Manage marketing campaigns, user segmentation, and user funnel optimizations to enhance conversions
- Collaborate with various departments to translate business requirements into effective CRM workflows and automations
- Troubleshoot system issues and manage CRM integrations with other platforms or tools
- Ensure data integrity and quality by performing regular clean-ups and maintaining up-to-date records
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, IT/Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- 2-4 years of experience administering CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Hubspot, Zoho)
- Strong analytical skills to interpret CRM data and generate reports and insights
- Excellent data management skills with a focus on data quality and integrity
- Great communication and collaboration skills, able to work across multiple teams
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in designing and optimizing workflow automation and marketing campaigns
- Understanding of data privacy/compliance and security permissions in a CRM context
- Passion for pets and assisting pet parents in their care journey
- Experience in pet care, tech, or consumer-facing brands
