      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 6-12 Business Development Managers (BDMs) to achieve regional sales targets
      - Develop and execute regional sales plans focused on building relationships with health systems, hospitals, and integrated delivery networks (IDNs)
      - Identify and cultivate new business opportunities by engaging with key decision-makers in healthcare organizations
      - Negotiate and finalize business agreements and contracts to establish Hanger Clinic as a primary vendor for clinical services
      - Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic adjustments and opportunities

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
      - Minimum of 10 years of experience in healthcare sales, business development, or account management, with at least 5 years managing regional teams
      - Valid driver's license and driving record within the employer's safety policy standards
      - Proven success in selling to hospitals and health systems, with the ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments
      - Deep understanding of the U.S. healthcare landscape and payer dynamics

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Knowledge of orthotics, prosthetics, and neuromuscular clinical care
      - Experience coaching diverse sales teams in a matrix sales environment
      - Previous experience with GPO agreements and communicating their value
      - Ability to design and implement scalable, data-driven processes for pipeline growth
      - Experience creating proposals and responding to RFPs
