Patient Financial Counselor
Full-Time | Onsite | Monday – Friday | 8:00 am – 4:30 pm
$22.87 - $28.60 per hour. Help Patients Navigate the Financial Side of Their Care
At Shenandoah Oncology, our Patient Financial Counselors play an essential role in supporting patients throughout their cancer journey. We are seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented, and knowledgeable professional to join our team and help patients understand their insurance benefits, financial responsibilities, and available assistance resources.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, excels at problem-solving, and is committed to providing exceptional customer service in a healthcare setting. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong communication skills, attention to detail, empathy, and professionalism while working closely with patients, providers, insurance companies, and fellow team members. Physical Demands:
