6. Referral entry
7. Verification of insurance and benefits
8. Processes prior authorization of services
9. Assists in management of work queues as directed

Qualifications

Education/formal training/licensure/certification/experience:
High School graduate; knowledge of medical terminology. Preferred: Related
college/continuing education or experience in one or more of the:
• Customer service
• Healthcare office
• Billing/coding
• Business
