Phlebotomist

Our Client, a Primary Care Service company, is looking for a Phlebotomist for their Phoenix , AZ location.

Responsibilities:

• Perform lab duties such as blood draws, vaccine administration, point of care testing.
• Provide patient care basics, able to manage medical tasks, can collaborate with others, and partners with clinicians to create positive outcomes.

Requirements:

• Any certifications or qualifications needed: MA - Medical Assistant or National Phlebotomist Certification
• Graduated from an accredited postsecondary Medical Assistant program that is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs (CAAHEP) or the Accrediting Bureau of Health Education Schools
• OR completed relevant Medical Assistant training by any branch of the armed forces
• OR possess a Medical Assistant certification issued by a certifying organization accredited by either the National Commission for Certifying Agencies or the American National Standards Institute (candidate must also have completed a medical assistant training program) For bullet # 3, we can accept an active or previously active Medical Assistant certification from one of these organizations: AMCA American Medical Certification Association AMT American Medical Technologists AAMA American Association of Medical Assistants NHA National Health career Association NCCT National Center for Competency Testing
