As a Pricing Analyst, you will play a key role in shaping pricing strategies that drive growth and profitability for our US business. You will analyze customer-specific pricing, evaluate contract performance, and provide actionable insights to the sales team and leadership. This role combines analytical rigor with strategic thinking and offers frequent exposure to sales leadership in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

Major Areas of Accountability

  • Partner with sales team and leadership to recommend pricing and incentive strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Analyze and model pricing scenarios for health systems, dealers and distributors
  • Build and maintain financial models to assess customer performance and profitability
  • Interpret market trends and competitor pricing to inform pricing strategies and maintain competitive positioning
  • Calculate payments for US customers, including Key Accounts, Group Purchasing Organizations (GPO), health systems and other accounts based on contractual commitments
  • Coloplast employees are required to conduct business to the highest ethical and professional standards; comply with applicable laws and regulations, the Advamed Code of Ethics on Interactions with Healthcare Professionals, and company policies.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
  • 2+ years of business analysis or pricing, with proven ability to execute complex analyses
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills required
  • Experience with Power BI and familiarity with AI tools are a plus
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

  • Understanding of pricing strategies and market dynamics in healthcare

      • Competitive Compensation: The compensation range for this position is $70,000 - $90,000. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location. Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses and/or incentives.
