Roles & Responsibilities

• We are seeking an experienced QA Automation Engineer to join our technology team and help drive quality across modern web applications and APIs. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Playwright for test automation, a solid understanding of software quality engineering best practices, and exposure to AI-powered development and testing tools. Experience within the banking or financial services industry is strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks using Playwright.
• Load testing using JMeter
• Create and execute functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end test suites.
• Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and architects to ensure quality throughout the SDLC.
• Develop automated testing strategies for web applications, APIs, and microservices.
• Identify, document, and track software defects through resolution.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and quality gates.
• Explore and leverage AI-assisted testing tools and practices to improve efficiency and test coverage.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of Quality Assurance and Test Automation experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Playwright.
• Experience testing web applications, APIs, and distributed systems.
• Proficiency with JavaScript/TypeScript or similar programming languages.
• Experience with CI/CD tools and automated testing in modern DevOps environments.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in banking, financial services, fintech, or regulated industries.
• Exposure to AI technologies, AI-assisted software development, or AI-driven test automation solutions.
• Experience with API testing tools and frameworks.
• Familiarity with cloud-based environments and modern application architectures.
