Schedule: Monday-Friday | 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM

Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour

About the Opportunity

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and organized Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for visitors, employees, and callers at a large corporate office in Eden Prairie, MN. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting a busy office environment.

As the face of the organization, you will help create a welcoming experience for guests while providing administrative support to multiple departments. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in office administration with the potential for long-term employment.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
• Ensure all guests are properly signed in and directed to the appropriate contact
• Offer beverages and create a positive visitor experience
• Answer and route incoming phone calls to the correct individuals or departments
• Respond to general inquiries from visitors, employees, and callers
• Maintain an organized and professional front desk area
• Provide administrative support for various office functions
• Assist with filing, documentation, and general office organization
• Support multiple departments with day-to-day administrative tasks
• Help maintain visitor management processes and office procedures

Qualifications

Required

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Professional demeanor and positive attitude
• High School Diploma or equivalent

Preferred

• Previous receptionist, front desk, administrative assistant, or customer service experience
• Experience using Microsoft Office applications
• Familiarity with office phones and basic office systems
• Experience supporting multiple departments or teams

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.
