Receptionist

Are you a friendly, organized, and energetic individual with a passion for helping others? Waters Edge Health & Rehabilitation is seeking a Part-Time Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our community! You’ll play a key role in creating a warm and professional environment for our residents, staff, families, and visitors.

About the Role:

As our Receptionist, you will:

• Greet and assist residents, visitors, and team members in a professional and courteous manner
• Manage a multi-line phone system: answer, transfer, and take messages efficiently
• Direct visitors to the appropriate departments or individuals
• Provide administrative support to the office management team
• Assist with various clerical tasks and special projects

Schedule:

5-hour shifts on the weekdays either 8am-1:15pm or 1pm-6pm.

Every 3rd weekend (both Saturday and Sunday). The weekend days are 8-hour shifts from 9am-5pm.

Qualifications:

• 1+ year of experience in office support or data entry
• Prior experience in a healthcare, senior living, or rehabilitation setting strongly preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
