Full-Time Receptionist

Hamilton Grove - Greencroft Communities
Pay: $13.18 – $16.83 per hour

What You’ll Do

  • Greet visitors and manage front desk operations
  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Screen and monitor facility entry
  • Sort and distribute mail
  • Maintain records and assist with basic administrative tasks
  • Support payment processing and cash handling

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office and office equipment
  • Cash handling and basic math skills required
  • Interest in working with older adults
  • Prior experience in customer service or senior living preferred

Schedule

  • Monday - Friday with potential weekend coverage as needed
