Sedgman USA is looking for a Receptionist to join our team in our Phoenix, Arizona office. Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver a professional and welcoming reception service for visitors, clients, and callers.
• Provide general administrative support including mail, couriers, document preparation, scanning, filing, and records management.
• Manage office security, including visitor inductions, access cards, and coordination with building management.
• Coordinate and support domestic and international travel arrangements, ensuring compliance with company policies and cost-effective bookings.
• Manage travel documentation, itineraries, approvals, expense allocations, and travel-related reporting.
• Liaise with property management to coordinate office maintenance, repairs, contractor access, and workplace facilities management.
• Maintain reception, kitchen, and common areas to a high standard of safety, cleanliness, and organisation.
• Organise meetings, catering, events, business development activities, and business card requests.
• Act as an initial point of contact for employee questions relating to office processes, systems and internal resources.

About You

• 2-5 years in an administration or customer service role in a receptionist, office administration or business support role.
• A Diploma in a business-related discipline would be highly advantageous but is not essential.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally at all levels.
• Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• High attention to detail, particularly when working with financial documentation, travel arrangements, and administrative processes.
• Customer-focused with a professional and approachable manner.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, exercise initiative, and manage competing priorities.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to delivering administrative support.
• A team player who takes pride in maintaining a well-organised, efficient, and welcoming workplace.
