Are you a friendly, organized professional who enjoys helping others and creating a positive first impression? St. Augustine Health & Rehabilitation Center is looking for a Receptionist to join our team.

As the first point of contact for residents, families, visitors, and staff, you'll play an important role in creating a welcoming and professional environment while supporting the daily operations of our facility.

Schedule & Pay

• Monday-Friday
• 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
• Some holidays required
• $15.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
• Greet visitors and assist them with navigating the facility
• Route calls and messages to the appropriate departments
• Coordinate outgoing packages and deliveries
• Maintain visitor and personnel logs
• Assist with general administrative and front office duties
• Support daily operations to help ensure an exceptional experience for residents, families, and staff

Qualifications

• Previous receptionist, administrative, customer service, or office experience preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask
• Reliable with a strong attendance record
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
