ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in January 2012 and currently lead a close-knit team of four. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I built my career in banking and financial services. I’m a graduate of Grand View University and a former college athlete. Outside of the office, I’m a proud dad of two boys and spend much of my time coaching football, baseball, and basketball.

Giving back to kids in our community is especially important to me. In addition to coaching local youth sports, I run Agents4Kids, a nonprofit dedicated to supporting children in need. The values I’ve learned through athletics and coaching—teamwork, accountability, resilience, and helping others succeed—are also a big part of how I lead our agency.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Tony Hoaglund - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
• Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
• Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
• Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
• Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
