ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in January of 2017 after spending 12 years in the financial industry, bringing a strong foundation in business and financial guidance into agency ownership. I graduated from Cadiz High School and earned my degree in Business Administration from West Liberty University. Community involvement is a core value for our office — we proudly sponsor the Steubenville Nutcracker Village, local baseball teams, and 4-H auctions, and I’m an active member of the Jefferson County Chamber of Commerce. Casie Johnson - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
• Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
• Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
• Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
• Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
