Senior Salesforce Full Stack Developer
Location: Hartford, CT
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Position: Full-Time

Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Full Stack Developer to support existing custom Salesforce applications and participate in the development and enhancement of a next-generation enterprise system.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on Salesforce development experience, particularly with Apex, OOP, design patterns, Lightning, SOQL, and integrations, along with broader full-stack development experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop solutions using Salesforce Apex, Lightning, and Visualforce.
• Develop scalable solutions using OOP principles and design patterns.
• Work across the full SDLC, including requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, maintenance, and production support.
• Analyze requirements and develop application integrations.
• Work with SOQL, SQL, and web technologies.
• Support end-to-end application development and troubleshooting.
• Create and maintain technical documentation.
• Collaborate with technical teams and mentor less experienced developers.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of overall software development experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development.
• Strong Apex and OOP development skills.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce design patterns.
• Experience with Lightning/LWC and Visualforce.
• Experience with SOQL and SQL.
• Experience with .NET/C# OOP and SOA.
• Experience with end-to-end web development.
• Experience with application integrations and APIs.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and drive work from requirements through implementation.
