SCHEDULER, Office of the Provost, executes administrative tasks critical to the effectiveness of VMS including the scheduling and support of mentoring sessions between all ventures and their mentor teams; filing, management and organization of sensitive program materials related to venture development and VMS participation; maintenance of program data; management of day-to-day operations of the VMS office space; and assistance to guests of the VMS office. The Scheduler is responsible for coordinating with fellow VMS staff members to ensure efficient day-to-day operation of the VMS team mentoring program and physical office, working under direction and supervision from Operations Manager and in collaboration with the Program Coordinator.
