As a Secretary in Plant Operations, you’ll provide essential administrative support that helps the department stay organized, responsive, and efficient. From coordinating schedules and communications to maintaining records and supporting daily operations, your work will help ensure the facility continues to run smoothly.

As a Plant Operations Secretary, a typical day might include:

• Coordinating schedules, meetings, and departmental activities to support Plant Operations.
• Managing correspondence, telephone calls, emails, and other communications.
• Preparing, organizing, and maintaining departmental documents, records, and files.
• Providing administrative support to Plant Operations leadership and staff.
• Assisting with tracking information, supplies, and department-related activities.
• Responding to routine questions and directing requests to the appropriate team member.
• Maintaining an organized office environment and supporting day-to-day administrative needs.
• Handling sensitive departmental information with discretion and professionalism.
