What You'll Do

  • Lead key month-end close and account reconciliation activities
  • Analyze financial data and resolve discrepancies
  • Prepare reports and insights that support business decisions
  • Improve accounting processes, workflows, and reporting efficiency
  • Partner with facility and corporate teams to ensure financial accuracy
  • Support special projects, system enhancements, and process improvements

What You'll Need

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting
  • Three or more years of accounting experience
  • Strong reconciliation, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Experience with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
